Legs

Quads, Hamstrings, calves

4 to 6 sets of 5 exercises

I think I need to be doing more cardio to loose some more of the gut so, here goes.

Also thinking of starting my free training sessions that i got with the membership to 24 hour fitness. We’ll see about that.
