Week 19 (Weigh-in)

Well, I got on the scale today after a 75 minute workout.

Chest and Back day with 15 minutes on the elliptical before and a 22 minute 2 mile run after.

228 #’s

Breaking 230 is nice. I’m very happy.

Another 15 to 18 lbs and i’ll be right where i want to be. but because of all the work I’m doing i’m sure it’ll be a slow burn off. I hoping by Aug i’ll be around 220 and maybe the end of Sept 215-210. We’ll see.
