I am running this blog as a diary, journal, or log (what ever you want to call it) of my quest to lose weight and get my self back into some sort of respectable shape. I have seen my self at a lean fit 193 lbs. in the past and know how to achieve this goal. I’m starting this new journey at 246 lbs. and as my first goal would like to run in a mini- triathlon.
