14 minutes on bike

18 minutes on elliptical

Legs

Quads, Hamstrings, calves

4 to 6 sets of 5 exercises

I think I need to be doing more cardio to loose some more of the gut so, here goes.

Also thinking of starting my free training sessions that i got with the membership to 24 hour fitness. We’ll see about that.

Week Five (days 14 & 15)

Been on a business trip to San Fran for a week but made sure to find the closest 24 Hour Fitness gym, there was one a few blocks away from my hotel.

Went Tuesday Morning (Day 14)

5 minutes on the bike to warm up

bi’s & tris’ 4 to 5 sets of 3 exercises

10 minutes on the oliyptical trainer

Thursday afternoon (Day 15)

6 minutes on the bike

Chest and Back

4 to 5 sets of 4 exercises

Week Four (Day 13)

I skipped a few days Day 12 was a Wed and I finished week Four Day 13 on Sunday so instead of going every other day I went 3 days lapse.

So, on the last day of week four I did shoulders with some back exercises.

I did 4 exercises of shoulders

3 exercises of back

and then 15 minutes on the bike.
